A little bit about me: My name is Oliver Kemp, I’m an artist and designer airing from the green flat-lands of Suffolk, but like most of my kind, currently residing in London. I have been drawing since I was old enough to grasp a Crayola and have never really stopped; It has always been my passion and always will be.

I began publishing mini-comics at school, reproducing them and earning myself a bit of pocket money, ever the enterprising lad I was. I then moved on to producing hand-drawn posters and graphics for rock and metal bands local to my wee home town of Bury St Edmunds. Before I knew it I found myself in London, churning out designs for logos, t-shirts, album covers and even tattoos.

What is Rum Bone?​
 

Rum Bone is my effort to bring together some of my work current, a showcase of what I do, and the style I am developing. I specialise in digitally painted artwork and photo manipulation, but pride myself on cultivating my traditional illustration techniques, you will find that all my designs start with a simple pencil and a piece of paper. I am all about big designs, big colours and big characters… letting my imagination run riot and having fun with it.
